Cancellations and Refund

If a company, delegate, student or trainee cancels the training course booking giving less than 10 working days' notice, a cancellation fee is payable. The fee charged depends on the notice period given, as follows:

Cancellation period
 Fees payable
21 or more working days' notice. No cancellation fee is payable.
Any fees already paid will be refunded.
7 to 21 working days' notice. 50% of the course fee is payable.
Less than 7 working days' notice. Full course fee is payable.

Reliant reserves the right to cancel a training course should unforeseen circumstances occur.Should we need to cancel a course, a full refund will be provided. Reliant will not be liable for any further compensation.
